Timeline¶
Foundation¶
- Repository governance baseline published.
- Core architecture, threat model, and governance pages established.
- Initial ADR set accepted (ADR-0001 through ADR-0007).
Governance Maturation¶
- RFC-first model for material architecture changes.
- ADR/RFC lifecycle status model formalized.
- Release governance and version metadata introduced.
Lifecycle Documentation Expansion¶
- Identity, policy, approval, capability, runtime, evidence, monitoring, and incident lifecycles documented.
- Threat-to-control traceability and conformance criteria expanded.
Reference Artifacts Expansion¶
- Public conceptual reference SDK added.
- Interactive static demonstration package added.
- Structured research program and publication policy added.
Publication Alignment¶
- GitHub remains canonical source.
- GitHub Pages publishes official technical docs.
